We want Firefly to genuinely make your relocation planning clearer. If it doesn't, we'll give you your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
Every Explorer purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email csmjgroup@gmail.com from your account email address within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- After a refund, your account returns to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.
After the 14-day window
Requests after 14 days are handled case by case — if something went wrong, tell us and we'll try to make it right. Purchases refunded once are not eligible for a second refund if repurchased.
